Processing Time All products in our store are made to order. Once you place your order, it is sent to our print-on-demand partner for production. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Slovenia & EU: 5–20 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–25 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–30 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
